By downloading, installing, or using the AI Sharebox Plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Plugin. If you are installing the Plugin on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

AI Sharebox is a free WordPress plugin that adds share buttons to your website content. These buttons allow your visitors to easily share your content with AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Grok, and Perplexity. The Plugin is designed to help content creators gain attribution when their content is used by AI systems.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Plugin on WordPress websites that you own or have authorization to manage.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Plugin to:

• Add AI share buttons to your WordPress website
• Customize the appearance and placement of buttons
• Configure custom prompts for AI platforms
• Enable optional analytics integrations

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin except as permitted by applicable law
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Plugin

6. Third-Party Services

The Plugin facilitates interaction with third-party AI platforms. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for and do not endorse the practices of these third-party services. These include but are not limited to:

You acknowledge that these platforms may change their services, terms, or APIs at any time, which may affect the functionality of the Plugin. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Plugin and all copies thereof are proprietary to AI Sharebox and title thereto remains in us. All rights in the Plugin not specifically granted in these Terms are reserved to us. The Plugin is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content on your website. By using the Plugin, you grant us no rights to your content. The Plugin simply creates links that allow visitors to share your content with AI platforms according to your configuration.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLUGIN WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

We make no warranty regarding:

• The results that may be obtained from use of the Plugin
• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content generated by third-party AI platforms
• The continued availability of third-party AI platforms

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AI SHAREBOX, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Plugin
• Any changes made to the Plugin or any temporary or permanent cessation of the Plugin
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Actions or content of any third party, including AI platforms
• Any other matter relating to the Plugin

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR THE PLUGIN DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM. BECAUSE THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS ZERO ($0).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Sharebox and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Plugin
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights
• Any content on your website that is shared through the Plugin

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Plugin (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Plugin.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. If a revision, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you via the Plugin's WordPress admin panel or by other means. By continuing to use the Plugin after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Plugin at any time by uninstalling it from your WordPress website. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Plugin immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Plugin will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Plugin shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts as specified in Section 14.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving its intent.

17. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Sharebox regarding the Plugin and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
